Guest List Report Enhancements

The Guest List report (Dynamic) has been enhanced to include additional reservation and room‑level details, improving operational visibility and allowing users to quickly access related reservation information.

The following new columns have been added to the report:

Column	Description
Confirmation Number	This column is added next to the Non‑Registered Guest column and displays the confirmation ID of reservations. The confirmation ID is displayed as a hyperlink. When clicked, users are navigated to the respective reservation.
Room Type	This column is added next to the Confirmation Number column. This column displays the room type code of the reservation.
Room Number	This column is added next to the Room Type column. This column displays the room number assigned for the reservations. The column is left blank when no room number is assigned.
Building	This column is added next to the Room Number column. This column displays the name of the building where the reservation is assigned.
Floor	This column is added next to the Building column. This column displays the floor number of the assigned room.
Pets	This column is added next to the Floor column. This column displays the number of pets associated with the reservation. The column is left blank when a reservation has no pets.

Users can create multiple active reservations under the same guest profile. The Guest List report now reflects this by displaying each reservation as a separate row, even when reservations belong to the same guest.

When a guest has multiple reservations:

• Each reservation is displayed as a separate row.

• Each row includes the following unique reservation-specific values:

  • Room Type

  • Room Number

  • Building

  • Floor

  • Pets
